These Terms of Service ("Terms") are published by Good Vibez ("we", "us") and govern your use of the VibeTiles iPhone app and this website. By using VibeTiles, you agree to these Terms.
1. The app
VibeTiles is a personal mood-journaling app. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Free trial and purchase
VibeTiles is free for 30 days. After that, a one-time in-app purchase (currently $4.99 USD, with local pricing set by Apple) unlocks continued use. There is no subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
3. Not medical advice
VibeTiles is for personal reflection only. It does not provide medical, psychological or professional advice and isn't a substitute for it.
4. Your content
The entries you create are yours and are stored on your device. You're responsible for keeping backups of your device and any exports.
5. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, except where applicable law allows it.
6. Intellectual property
The VibeTiles name, logo, mood tile artwork and app design belong to Good Vibez and its designers, and are protected by law.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Vibez won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, from your use of the app. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid for the app.
9. Apple
These Terms are between you and Good Vibez, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the updated Terms.
